Everyday is Fry-Day with Brian Cook

Brian Cook is an illustrator from Portland, Oregon that has worked on books, comics, t-shirts, and more. He has an awesome new school style of drawing that can be seen on his new shirt design, Everyday is Fry-Day!

The design started when Brian was making a comical doodle in his sketchbook and decided that this was a good idea for a shirt. So he began to work on a much larger scale with his design. After working out the design and tracing them onto separate pieces of paper so he can scan them in effectively he resulted in an awesome shirt! Check out some progress shots and the finished product below;

What I love about this design is the [deliciously] playfulness and execution. From the Pacman eyes to the whole irony of Friday/Fry-Day. If you’d like to see more details like the tools he used to create this design you should head over to his blog post about it.
